Sarabjit Singh:-

As Akal's founding CEO, Sarabjit lead's the company's strategic planning, management and technology development area. Having worked in the IT industry for over 13 years, he has gained a seasoned perspective that enables AKAL to compete on quality, service, speed and maintain a long term focus in meeting the challenges of dynamic IT marketplace and emerge as a leader in its niche practice area.

Sarabjit has a Post graduate certificate in management from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode and an Electronics Engineer degree from University of Pune. Being a distinction holder throughout and the University topper in third year of Engineering, his passion for excellence maintained the similar tempo in his professional career too.

Sukhneet Kaur:-

As a Quality head in AKAL, Sukhneet's main focus has always been in developing a quality culture where in every activity starting from a customer enquiry to delivering end service is measured and analyzed to enhance customer satisfaction. Sukhneet has been instrumental in developing a strong reputation of quality for the company and has enabled the organization to eliminate defects and errors in order to enhance efficiency and lower the cost structures.

Sukhneet is a six sigma Green belt and holds a Masters of Science in Physics from Delhi University .

Manoj Trehan:-

Manoj is responsible for external reporting, technical accounting, Budgetory activities, Statutory compliances and Internal Audit. He is associated with AKAL since last 8 years. Manoj has more than 20 years of Finance and Accounting experience having held senior positions in diverse fields like logistics, telecom & asset management.

Manoj holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

Brijesh Janveza:-

In his role of Business Development at AKAL, Brijesh is mainly responsible for managing customer relationship and is closely associated with customers to maximize their benefits of relationships. With a strong focus on customer delight, Brijesh is versatile enough to get upside down to serve his customers for satisfying their existing as well as latent requirements. Brijesh joined Akal in 1999 and since than held progressively responsible positions in Business Development. He is one of the core team member, which made AKAL grow from to its present towering height.

He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing & Information technology.

Ravinder Patial:-

As a head of Part Sales, Ravinder is responsible for driving revenue and grow the customer base year over year. Under his direction, AKAL's parts business is committed to a consultative approach that provides solutions to meet customers emerging and complex IT needs. Ravinder joined AKAL in 1999 and is a team member to make Akal grow to its present towering height.

He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing.

Dhvani Janveza:-

As a Manager Human Resource, Dhvani is responsible for driving leading edge HR initiatives. These initiatives integrate the company's financial and competitive business imperatives with high performance workplace strategies. Dhvani has 7 years of Human Resource experience which she lends to inspire the company's culture by promoting core value that focus on people, customers, quality, integrity, fun & profitability. Prior to joining AKAL, Dhvani held managerial positions in fields of Information Technology, Health care & Printing.

Dhvani holds a Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource & Marketing.
